Education assistantCo-developed the AI core for an assistant used by teachers - hybrid dense-sparse retrieval (VoyageAI embeddings + BM25 via Manticore and Milvus) over 8M tokenized articles, plus a RAG optimizer and a crowdsourced-annotation processing system. Resilient REST wrapper over Azure OpenAI (Polly), GPT finetuning, and cost optimization, on .NET Core 8 with EF Core, Dapper and MSSQL. 60,000 users, 3,000 schools - an estimated 11+ years of manual work saved.
